Review and Rating: ***+ $ Paringa Sparkling Shiraz, 2004, South Australia
LIVE Review: Bright red in the glass. Aromas are shy. Flavor opens it all up, though, with sweet, dark, cherry liqueur. The creaminess and depth you'd expect. Three stars with a plus for the intensity. Great value at "practically free" price.
