Review: The Tin Roof Syrah-Cabernet, 2005, looks deep burgundy in the glass. Aromas are a bold purple plus a touch of oak dust.
On the palate, the first sensation of of full, round plushness in the center-mouth. This tastes of dark cherries and fully-ripe plums, all with a light smoky touch. Nice finish. Three stars out of five.
