Find Wine Preservation Systems
My good friend and colleague over at HDL Enhancement did an interesting study recently which looked at various options to preserve wines that had already been opened.
I encourage you to click on the study for details; short story was that putting the wine into smaller vessels which eliminated all air seemed to do the best job of preserving opened wines for a week or so, following by vacuum-pump methods. Putting the cork back in an empty bottle served the least purpose.
