By way of background, opening thoughts:

Original tasting and review : This is Diamond Junmai Ginjo Sake, Momokawa, Japan, finished at 14.8% alcohol.  The bottle may have a year in cool cellar since purchase.

On the nose: Poured cool, shows soft yeasts.

On the palate: The primary elements on the palate are in fact aromatic, lightly sweet and very creamy, with just light lifting acids.

In summary: Overall, luxurious experience rates four stars on the five-star Spirit of Wine scale.  Best value at an attractive price.
