Original tasting and review : This is The White Ribbon Semillon, Hunter Valley, Australia, 2013, finished at 11% alcohol and first sampled one year from vintage date, in October, 2014.

In the glass: Light yellow and vanilla.

On the nose: Poured cold and swirled vigorously, shows fresh peaches and apple juice.  From the aroma, seems like this will be light, fruity and easy going.

On the palate: The primary elements on the palate are in fact clean, fresh fruit with crispy melon elements that creep well into your cheeks.  Very fresh!

In summary: Overall, rates three stars on the five-star Spirit of Wine scale and is a best value at its very modest price.
