Review: **+ $ Beringer Pinot Grigio, America, non-vintage = Practically Free

Check out today's pricing and retail availability for Beringer Pinot Grigio.

Original tasting and review : This is Beringer Pinot Grigio, America, non-vintage, finished at 12.5% alcohol and first sampled young, in July, 2015.

In the glass: Clear with light yellow and vanilla tints.

On the nose: Poured at cool temperature and swirled vigorously, shows light grasses and sweet fruit.  From the aroma, seems like this will be sweet, bright and light.

On the palate: The primary elements on the palate are in fact lightly sweet, perky and still round.  No distinct fruit elements, but a gentle, crisp feel.  Lifts into your cheeks for the clean finish.

In summary: Overall, rates two stars with a plus for friendliness on the five-star Spirit of Wine scale.
